On behalf of one of our clients, a global consulting organization, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Microsoft experience.

The Solution Architect is a senior technical resource responsible for designing and planning IT solutions for a variety of clients. You will have a broad experience of large-scale software development utilizing the latest technologies but with particular emphasis on Microsoft products.

You will leverage your broad and deep technical skills and experience with software, hardware, networking and integration technologies to design and implement these solutions. Your project work will be across a wide variety of roles and projects including roles such as lead architect, technical reviewer, technology evangelist and others as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as Solution Architect on major bids (>£50m) using the Microsoft technology stack, classified as High Risk and therefore subject to the highest level of review.
• Strong consulting aptitude including customer interaction skills, verbal and written communication skills, self-starting and self-motivation, leadership and facilitation skills, etc.
• Broad experience base across multiple areas of software, hardware, networking and integration technologies. Demonstrated experience and expertise in bringing all of these respective technologies into a cohesive, effective IT architecture.
