My client is looking for a Data Base Architect who can work
in a consulting environment. Dealing directly with clients and working as part of
a team and you will have excellent communication skills and be able to
communicate ideas, concepts, expectations and information in a concise,
well-organized way with a high level of enthusiasm. Highly professional and
with strong client management / communication skills you will have leadership
qualities and the ability to manage change. You will be a creative thinker and
problem solver with strong analytical skills.
This role will appeal to those who work well
independently and as part of a team and enjoy variety in both people and
applications. Travel may be required.

Qualifications:
. 5+ years
of strong technical experience in all aspects of application development and
the . Systems Development Life Cycle with the emphasis upon database oriented
applications.
. Web-based application development projects.
. Data warehouse / data mart design, analysis, construction and testing.
. Application integration experience is a bonus.
. Experience in Business Intelligence projects and knowledge of BI products
such as Cognos, Business Objects or Information Builders
. Has an understanding of Project Management Methodologies and has been a
technical lead.
. Previous consulting or vendor related experience highly desired.
